Michael P. McDonald, Esquire, is a well-respected litigator throughout
local, state and federal courts. He is one of only 1% of all Pennsylvania attorneys to be certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy – The National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. As a result of his trial record, Attorney McDonald
has received national certification to the Multi-Million
Dollar Advocates Forum, multiple certifications to the national Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the national Verdict Club.
As selected to Pennsylvania SuperLawyers 2011 for personal injury representation, attorney Michael McDonald is recognized in the top 5% of Pennsylvania attorneys. Selection is determined through an extremely complex and validated selection process. Mr. McDonald has obtained the largest non-death trial verdict in a personal injury
case in the history of Lancaster County. This trial verdict has led
to precedent-setting, third-party excess/bad faith liability litigation.
He is also a respected lecturer of automobile insurance law to attorneys
within the Commonwealth.
Attorney McDonald received his Juris Doctorate from the Temple University
School of Law and his B. A. Degree from Bucknell University. While at Bucknell he demonstrated his tenacity and strong leadership skills being named a National 1-AA Associated Press Football All-American and a National 1-AA American Football Coaches Association Kodak All-American. He was
named a National District Academic-All American and the top scholar-athlete
at Bucknell University.
Mr. McDonald holds memberships in the American
Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association,
the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lancaster Bar Association.
Mr. McDonald has also been named to Strathmore’s Who’s Who Professional of the Year – Legal Services, 2008
and America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, Professional of the Year 2008 – Civil Trial Law,
2008.
Additionally, as a result of receiving "Very High Ratings in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards," McDonald At Law has been named to Martindale-Hubbel's 2010 Directory of Distinguished Attorneys.
Chad E. Rankin, Esquire

Chad E. Rankin, Esquire, joined McDonald At Law in 2005. He previously
served as Clerk for The Honorable Joseph C. Madenspacher of the Lancaster
County Court of Common Pleas and a Personal Injury Attorney for Mikus
Law Associates in Lancaster, PA.
Attorney Rankin served as Chair of the Young Lawyers
Division of the Lancaster Bar Association, Lancaster
Bar Association Board of Directors and is currently a member
of the Threshold Foundation Board of Directors.
He received his BA from Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington,
and his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law School in Concord,
New Hampshire.
Mr. Rankin has been responsible for a number of substantial six-figure
recoveries for clients while at McDonald At Law.
Mr. Rankin is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania

Rebecca A. Lyttle, Esquire

Rebecca A. Lyttle, Esquire joined McDonald At Law in 2010. She previously worked as a personal injury litigation attorney for Haggerty & Silverman P.C. in Lancaster, PA.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, her Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law, and received credits towards a Master of Business Degree from Lebanon Valley College of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lyttle is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Lancaster Chapter of the League of Women Voters.
